I saw a sneak preview of the movie last night, and was blown away!! I had no idea how amazed I would be with the new song arrangements, new voices, etc. but I LOVED IT!!! Jonathan created a life-changing show and yay for Chris Columbus for having that same vision 10 years later!!

I'm so excited about the movie!!! Two friends and I have plans to head to the theatre as soon as we all get off work, one of us is heaidng to the box office early and everything!

I first saw the musical in NYC in 1998 when I was visiting the city with my high school chorus. Since then I have become a complete RENT-Head and the soundtrack has a permanent place in my car.

I can't wait to read Anthony's book!

I just got into work and I know there will eventually be a place where we can comment about the movie, but I can't find it online, so I'll post my comments here about the movie. I saw the movie at Zigfield (sp?) at midnight. It was amazing to see the movie with so many fans of the show. I loved the movie. I especially loved how the director did "The Tango Maureen" and "Out Tonight". Everyone in the cast was amazing. Idina, amazing voice.. Adam Pascal.. *sigh*..Jesse.. you made me cry during "I'll Cover You", but that's a good thing :)
I know that I am going to have to see it again. I'm rooting for this movie to do well this Thanksgiving day weekend!! Anthony and Tracy: you were so cool at the theater about everyone coming up to you before and after the movie. Thank you!!!!! I can only imagine what time you left.

omg! RENT is my new fav movie! the songs are soooo awsome!!!!!!! i was crying when Angel died :((((. but my favorite part of the movie was when they were in the resteraunt and they were singing la vie boheme!i saw it the first day it came out after school. i saw it at exactly 4:10 (including the preivews) and i got out at 6:35. i had to wait till everyone else left because i didnt want ne1 to see me crying. my face was all red.

Thank you for continually bringing out these film clips for us on the website. We have loved every minute of this website giving us things we couldn't see and read anywhere else. This movie was very personal. I loved having the majority of the original cast, and the newbies were great too. It was amazing to have the chance to finally see you guys in RENT.

Amazing. I've seen the movie twice in the four days it's been out. I'm going to hunt around for some more money to see it again. It's hard for a 15 year old to get $8.50 and a ride to the movies. I'm addicted! I bought the CD two days ago, I can't stop singing the songs. When I see the commercial on TV, I freak out and tell my family that I want to see it again! Everyone is so talented and wonderful. I've wanted to be an actress and a singer since I was about 5. I'm all into theatre, was just in my first play, and I'm going to be in my school's musical in the Spring if I make the audition. And our school has this thing in the Theatre 2 and above class called Night Of Broadway. We sing different songs from musicals. Seasons of Love is going to be one of our group numbers. I'm very excited.

So, yeah. I'm not going to talk about your hotness, sorry to disappoint; that base appears to be pretty much covered. Adam, I've decided that 'One Song Glory' is the definitive reason why Roger has become, and probably always will be, your part. Amazing.
I just realized how odd it is that we all call you by your first names, and we've never actually talked to you. Hmm. I don't know what else to call you, though, so oh well.
Anthony, I've recently realized that Mark is the character I most identify with. Perhaps because of that, his story seems almost the most tragic. He's the permanent observer, bound to love--and lose--friend after friend, and unable to do anything about it. He uses his camera as a way to connect with people, but it also serves to keep him forever at a safe distance. He often doesn't actually touch or become a part of relationships; he just watches them.

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you guys for bringing us these characters. One of the reasons I love Rent is for its sheer transformative power. It touches people, changes them for the better. So, thanks.

This is the single most life changing movie I have ever seen. No movie has ever effected me this way. I live a somewhat bohemian life style. But this movie is beautiful. Not in tne way that most movies today are beautifuk with special affects and cgi. This movie is beautiful onthe shear meritt of its principal, story and emotion.Of course it helps that it is also a musical,with some of the best actors on the planetand the best music ever written for stage or screen. I cried all the way through it, and that almost never happens. WONDERFUL! WONDERFUL! Everyone was great. But Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp are GODS!!!

I haven't been able to see the movie yet, but I got the soundtrack and I absolutely LOVE it. I can't wait to see the movie very soon. I know you all did very well in it from some friends of mine, and I can't wait to see for myself just how amazing you did. Love you all!!

I SAW THE MOVIE 3 TIMES ALREADY IT WAS GREAT AND VERY EMOTIONAL BUT I'M GOING TO SEE IT AGAIN THIS WEEK.ALL OF U GUYS DID A GREAT JOB.

This was one of my favorite parts of the movie, because it's just so energetic and it makes you wanna sing along I loved!!

I love that song it made me relize that i should be happy because i am fortunate and have everything i could ever need in my life but not everyone has that and i shouldnt be so selfish i love this song to because of the energy in it its so amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG!! adam pascal IS SOOO HOT!! I LOVE YOU! all of you were amazing in this movie. seen it more times than i can count! the rent musical on broadway is an institution for me. everytime i go to new york i see RENT!
