Wow! these are great!

OMG!! It is about time!! Maureen is officially my new desktop!! However, times like these I wish I had an I-Book because I do love the entire cast and wish that my desktop can change every few secs or mins. I will probably change them manually every few days or weeks; I will work something out. RENT 4EVER!!!

Someone said to look at the AIM icons on the movie site. Well, you could also look at your cell phone if you downloaded the wallpaper(s). Hehehe.

Now this switching in and out of backgrounds thing is getting hard. I have 9 different ones to choose from.

Forgive me, I am new at the posting so if I screw this up - I apologize.

As I read a few of the character blogs- they mentioned Jonathon Larson and his vision. If I am not wrong, there is a Jonathon Larson foundation - correct? I think it would be wonderful if they could put information about AIDS, Jonathon Larson foundation, or other charities that provide AIDS awareness at the theaters. I know when I saw RENT the first time, it opened my eyes. I found myself researching AIDS and what I could do to help out. I think this story is moving and the Jonathon Larson's story is moving.

Just a thought.

hehe I loved that the post after Di was a "screaming Idina fan". Thank you for completing all of the livejournal icons and backgrounds for each of the cast. Though I still have no idea who I am going to choose, I love all of them so thank you. I hope that, now that the icons are finished, we see some video blogs and blogs from the cast, producers, director, ect. because I have really been missing them. It was really exciting to see the RENT cast together on the Today Show, and I hope that there are more promotional interviews to come.

First time to post here, but to those in charge of the site. In Mac OS X, you can actually set your desktop to have multiple wallpapers. I've just set all 8 RENT wallpapers to change every hour. I'm pretty sure that there's a way to do so in Windows as a shareware of sorts.

So i know everyone is in love with Idina because of Wicked, but come on guys... the rest of the cast is JUST AS AMAZING!!! give us the lowdown on the soundtrack. when will it be available? are there any additional songs? (like Chicago had I Move On, Phantom had Learn to Be Lonely....) give us an UPDATE

FINALLY! idina.. my love.

i chose to use the screensaver from sony.com/rent with the eight characters on it for my wallpaper on my computer, and i saved all of the individual wallpapers and put them in a folder and used that folder as a screen saver with a my pictures slideshow option. now i have the screensaver changing between characters every 6 seconds since us windows users don't have the option of a changing wallpaper. i'm not sure how many of you are willing to sit and stare at your screensaver, but at least when you're actually using the computer, you can see everyone, and when you're not...you can see everyone too! AH I LOVE RENT! thank you so much for all this great promo! yes! i really cannnot wait for the movie.

These icons and wallpapers are great. I have all eight icons on my computer just sitting on the screen looking pretty. Of course my backgroud in the picture my mom took of Adam and I on the Today Show...he he he....

Again I say, please make some bumper stickers or window decals and those "bracelets for a cause" things you can buy that would support Broadway Cares with the RENT logo on them. I so want to help promote the movie and just wearing the shirt isn't enough! I'm goint to keep posting along this line until SOMEONE says yes, lol.

All of the icons and wallpaper is so amazing for us rent fans. Now before the craziness of the movie starts we can advertise for it!!! I wish it said November 11th 2005 since it is being released in NY then(thank god! ) I love you guys! Thank you so much!!

These are all fabulous. Ever since Tracie's video blog she's definitely been one of my favorites. And Idina is amazing, of course. The whole cast just completely blows me away. All these wallpapers and icons are wonderful, but I'd definitely be up for some more video blogs. Thanks so much for doing all of this! It's really incredible.

im thouroughly pumped about RENT. although my best friend and i were very saddened when we found out it came out on the 11th only in ny la and toronto. because the 11th is her birthday and we were all crazy-excited. oh well we can wait another twelve days i suppose.

Is rent still playing in New York? I want to see the broadway show before the movie comes out. The trailer gave me chills as I sat back and watched drama unfold to 'Seasons of Love'. I can't wait to see the movie.
